职责： 1. Assist Hr Manager in managing the human resources related work of foreign personnel (non Chinese) recruited by the company, including recruitment, contract management, training, compensation, assessment, employee relations, etc. 2. According to local labor laws and regulations in Uzbekistan and the requirements of the owner, do a good job in labor registration, manage employee appeal mechanism well, take preventive measures against sexual harassment, and ensure legal, fair and just salary distribution. 3. Familiarize oneself with visa policies, handle labor permit applications well, and preferably be responsible for applying for visa numbers and invitation letters, as well as handling visa work. 4. Responsible for registering residence permits and issuing letters from the project department. 5. 职责： Complete the work deliverables as assigned by Electrical Manager. Plan/Prepare electrical site installation work, such as earthing and lightning protection, cabling, cable trays and conduits, MV /LV switchgear installation and associated panels, VSDs and motors, heaters, transformers, DC system etc. Familiar with electrical drawings and carrying out work according to drawings. And make reasonable advice to optimize drawing. Provide technical support, supervision and advice to the discipline team and other project teams and participate in peer reviews. Prepare and evaluate alternative concept designs, and liaise with other disciplines, bothinternally and externally. Develop detail designs or detail design/build specifications, manage the preparation ofdrawings and prepare tender documentation, to produce engineering deliverables of a high standard. Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. Plan, coordinate and manage the design, procurement and construction of assigned projects. Conduct contract administration and do testing, commissioning and inspections ofinstallations. Develop initiatives to improve the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of project execution. Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checkingprocedures. Present design solutions to clients for approval. 要求： B.sc/B.Eng./B.Tech Electrical Engineering degree(mandatory). Professional registration with Local Relevant local agencies. 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role. Experience in the construction, commissioning of utility-scale solar plants will be considered a plus. Familiar with AutoCAD and a proven track record in the design of electrical systems(mandatory). Sign-off of the MV/LV design and works(mandatory). Familiar with the GOST and local Electrical standards. Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc Able to read and understand electrical schematics, drawings and prints Able to read and interpret procedural manuals, MoS and documents related to safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English.
