Kosta Legal Law Firm invites experienced professionals to participate in the candidate competition for a Senior Associate practicing corporate, banking, and finance law. A Senior Associate will work for a number of Partners and can expect a good variety of work on the full spectrum of Uzbek commercial law matters in relevant areas. Senior Associates are given regular direct contact with clients. They are expected to develop good working relations with them, gaining a good knowledge of clients’ businesses and relevant markets. Key Responsibilities: advising clients on a broad range of legal issues under Uzbek law; working with a client base that comprises multinational corporations and prestigious international law firms; handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently; drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating documents for complex transactions; taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience by managing Junior Associates; reporting to the Partner (s) on the progress of monitored matters and the general performance of Junior Associates on a regular basis.
